About Edward
Edward M. Yang is the founder and Managing Partner for Firecracker PR, an award-winning public relations and marketing agency based in Orange County, CA. Dr. Rose A. Negele is a licensed psychologist who provides mental health services to Boston and surrounding areas. With over 15 years of leadership experience in delivering strength-based people solutions, Mary has championed inclusive workplaces and mastered the art of agility with purpose. Mary joined PJMF from the Clean Energy Buyers Association, where she served as a human resources leader focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to CEBA, Mary spent a decade in various leadership and human resources roles at BakerRipley, Texas’ largest nonprofit, ranked in the top 1% of nonprofits in the country. Mary also led as a thought partner in DEI and Client Engagement at DiversityEDU, a research-based DEI tech start-up.
Mary’s labor of love is reflected in the role of Corporate Fellow at the University of Houston Downtown, where she leads courses for MBA students in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Strategy. Rodriguez’s passions include social justice for marginalized populations. For two years, Rodriguez studied immigrant and refugee migration patterns to Houston at the local refugee home Casa Juan Diego. Before joining the team at BakerRipley, Mary served as an Executive Team Member at the University of Houston Downtown.

With more than 25 years of management advisory, business and technology experience, Cyndi is accountable for sustained and measurable business growth through a purpose-led approach, which includes identifying, developing, mentoring, and retaining top talent while perpetuating the core values of the firm.
Cyndi began her career in KPMG's financial services audit practice. Since that time, she has advised clients and their boards in managing technology and the related risks including IT Governance, Cyber, Information Security and Privacy, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, and IT Attestations. She has substantial experience leading and coordinating cyber security advisory engagements. In this role, she provided information security expertise helping companies to protect their information and data systems, and to establish continuity and data recovery services. Cyndi has also provided subject matter knowledge and guidance on information security and privatization regulations and contract compliance.
In recent years, Cyndi was the U.S. Cyber Strategy and Governance solution leader, as well as the U.S. Privacy leader. In these earlier roles she was responsible for the development and advancement of Cyber services, including training, development, and skill utilization of more than 160 professionals.

Upon retirement, Joe has led a life of public service having served in several executive roles in the nonprofit sector to include leading the Rocky Mountain USO, Chavez/Huerta K-12 Preparatory Academy in Pueblo, Colorado, the Center for American Values in Pueblo, Colorado, and founder and President of the Colorado Springs STARS Basketball Academy.

Carl Crawford is the Vice Chair of State of Minnesota Council for Minnesotans of African Heritage [DULUTH, MN] Minnesota’s Council for Minnesotans of African Heritage (CMAH) and cityofduluth recently elected as the City of Duluth’s Human Rights Officer and Vice Chair.

In January of 2017, Bob Rivers was elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Rivers joined Eastern Bank in 2006 as its Vice Chairman and Chief Banking Officer, becoming President in 2007, Chief Operating Officer in 2012, and an Eastern Bank Director in 2015.

Jonathan P. Feingold started as a full-time faculty of Boston University School of Law in January 2020. As an associate professor, he teaches property law, and will adds evidence and critical race theory in future semesters.
Feingold’s scholarship explores the relationship between race, law, and the mind sciences. Iván Espinoza-Madrigal is the Executive Director of Lawyers for Civil Rights (LCR) in Boston, an organization founded at the request of President John F. Kennedy in the 1960s at the height of the Civil Rights Movement. LCR is one of the largest and oldest organizations in New England working on legal and policy issues at the intersection of racial justice, immigration, public health, and entrepreneurship.

Alastair Moock is a GRAMMY-nominated American folk and family music performer from Boston, Massachusetts. He is known for his gruff voice, playful lyrics, and fingerpicking guitar style.
Moock's interest in traditional music started at a young age when his father took him to see Pete Seeger and Arlo Guthrie in concert. What he heard and saw that evening affected him strongly. While invigorated by the music, he noticed how the audience became part of the event by joining in the singing. A few years later he discovered Woody Guthrie's Library of Congress recordings.
Alastair says that he's always been moved by music "that connects me to progressive issues and social involvement. It's always been a big part of what I've wanted to do as a musician." That social involvement has resulted in Moock often organizing benefits to help those in need.

Lee Wong (黄良华) is an Asian-American ethnic Chinese man from Ohio who served in the U.S. Army for 20 years. He was 18 years old when he immigrated from Malaysia to the U.S. in the early 1970s. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in pharmacology in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
While in the U.S. Army, Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal science and served as a special agent for the U.S. Army police force’s Criminal Investigation Command (CID). He was the first Chinese American to get in one of the most elite U.S. Army organizations.
