About Oz
Oswald (Oz) Mondejar is the Senior Vice President of Mission and Advocacy for Partners Continuing Care, Inc. (“PCC”), the non-acute care services division of Partners HealthCare. Oz works at the intersection of policy, advocacy and media, defining PCC’s core values and leveraging the organization’s resources in order to maximize positive social impact - locally, nationally and internationally. He is responsible for mission integration and administrative operations across three divisions: Human Resources, Marketing Communications, and Community Relations including Adaptive Sports.
Prior to joining Partners HealthCare in 2001, Oz led the New England Region recruitment program for the Social Security Administration and worked as a human resources executive in a number of different industries including manufacturing, hospitality and finance. Internationally recognized for his expertise on accessibility, disability rights and workplace accommodation, Oz serves on several non-profit boards and is an advisor to others.
Oz has received numerous awards, including the Partners for Youth with Disabilities Christopher Dunne Award, the Kraft Family MVP Recognition for Community Service, Hispanics Executives Making an Impact in Boston 20 on the Move, the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind Employment Leadership Award and the Disability Law Center Leadership Award.
