Crysta Dungee, Head of DEI US for Takeda

Keynote Speaker - Crysta Dungee is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) thought-leader who has over a decade of experience in transforming organizational culture and advancing underrepresented leaders. Known for her values-driven and action-focused leadership, she centers her work on the individual and organizational capabilities required to sustain inclusive workplaces. In 2022, Crysta was named Head of DE&I for the U.S. Region of Takeda Pharmaceuticals (TAK), assuming responsibility for leading the DE&I strategic roadmap for ~20K employees across 10 business units.

Russell Watts

Singer - Russell started singing in Church, but it was an addiction to karaoke that helped refine and focus his talent that led him to perform publicly. He began his performance career with Fran D'Agostino. He’s also performed with Shikiboo Boston, Jennifer Antkowiak, and Tony Soul. His powerful voice has attracted other musicians to work with him. He’s currently part of several groups including SoulLove (Contact: Michael Angelo, musicissoullove@gmail.com) and Atlantic Avenue (https://www.facebook.com/AtlanticAveBand/). He’s also performed with jazz pianist and radio host Pamela Hines and is part of an acoustic duo with Joe Foster.
