Alberto Vasallo III

Master of Ceremony - Alberto Vasallo lll - President and CEO of El Mundo Boston, an iconic Latino multimedia company that has been publishing, El Mundo Newspaper, the largest Latino newspaper in New England for the past 47 years. He is best know for his work with the community through El Mundo Boston and his hosting and producing career on WHDH, Channel 7. His television career spans over 25 years, currently making him the longest running Latino on-air personality in the market.

Born and raised in Boston, his entire life has been dedicated to working in the family business which has included radio, newspaper and events.

Randy Martinez, Director Strategic Diversity Management - CVS Health Corp.

Keynote Speaker - Randy has been with CVS Health for 13 years. He serves the company as Director of Strategic Diversity Management where he is responsible for researching, recommending and executing the company’s enterprise Strategic Diversity Management strategy in support of all business operations, which include CVS Caremark, CVS Pharmacy, CVS MinuteClinic, CVS Specialty and CVS Omnicare. He also has oversight to the Colleague Resource Group program and Training & Learning. He serves as the primary advisor to the VP of Workforce Strategies and Chief Diversity Officer and provides strategic advice and counsel to the company’s leadership on diversity management goals and strategies into all business and planning processes and practices.

Russell Watts

Singer - Born in Statesville, NC, Russell grew up in the late Sixties and was constantly listening to that great era's Soul, Blues and Gospel music, as well as absorbing the soundtracks from the popular movie musicals. Russell can often be found wherever good music and vocals are strong, and his soulful presence is often requested at Jazz, Pop and R&B gigs everywhere.

Russell started singing in Church, but it was an addiction to karaoke that helped refine and focus his talent that led him to perform publicly. He began his performance career with Fran D'Agostino. He’s also performed with Shikiboo Boston, Jennifer Antkowiak, and Tony Soul.
