I felt that was the way I sold.” “ He came back to me a year later and asked me again, and this time he said,‘You don’t understand—I’m not asking!’” It ended up being a great move, and just what Vince needed to learn the ins and outs of the business. He only continued to move up the ranks from there—to Chief Strategy Officer, then Chief Operating Officer, and now Chief Executive.
