About Naznine

Naznine brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to this new role, in which she oversees the functional teams across DEI&B, learning and development, and talent cultivation. She focuses her creativity and expertise to develop organizational DEI&B capabilities and impactful initiatives that will drive inclusion and diversity outcomes.

She also holds two degrees in human resource management – a master's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Christ University in Bangalore.
