Tom began his career as a research scientist. After spending years in the lab studying molecular biology and neuroscience, he realized that the problems found most interesting weren't at the bench — they were in the boardroom. That curiosity led him to strategy consulting. Over the last two decades he embedded with MedTech, diagnostics, pharma, and life sciences companies.

What Tom values most is building long-term client relationships — the kind where he understands the business well enough to actually push back when it matters. His scientific background extends his credibility with R&D and clinical stakeholders.

Tom is based in the New Orleans area and stays active in the local life sciences and academic community. He enjoys mentoring scientists who are considering a pivot toward business and strategy — as a path worth taking.
