As you know one of our initiatives is introducing the TEDx Talk, Uncover and Overcome All Unconscious Biases as resource tool to organizations in the public, non-profit and private sector to utilize as a tool for leadership training and professional and organizational development. All humans have unconscious biases. Laws, policies and technology cannot eliminate them. Individuals must do it. The Sun Poem can ignite the change that must come from within.

We presented the tool to JEOL, a leading global supplier of electron microscopes, ion beam instruments, mass spectrometers and NMR spectrometers , Wednesday, Feb. 25th, they responded today, Friday Feb. 27th that they will adopt it. They responded in two days! They saw right away the value this tool can bring to the workplace and to their company! We continue to persevere with our initiatives and mission that are needed now more than ever! Thank you for your continued support, leadership, and generosity empowering us to persevere!
