Mercedes Martinez is a Registered Nurse (RN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) based in Greater Boston, and she is the founder and manager of Refine Healthcare LLC (Revere, MA). Her background is in clinical instruction, specialty program direction, and nursing leadership.
Mercedes is also Regional Specialty Program Director — Clinical Care Consulting since Nov 2025, and oversees specialty clinical programs, involving care coordination, compliance, or clinical operations. She is also a Clinical Instructor at Regis College and teaches nursing students, indicating academic and clinical training experience.
