Susan Tran

Master of Ceremony - Susan Tran is an Emmy Award winning reporter who has covered the Boston Marathon Bombings, Newtown Shootings, various Blizzards, as well as several Boston sports championships.  Whether she’s covering breaking news, digging for an exclusive interview, trudging through floodwaters or sharing the stories of extraordinary people, Susan’s energetic style and lively storytelling exemplify her love for reporting.

When she’s not working on breaking news or sharing stories about the Bay State’s amazing people, she’s searching for delicious meals at local restaurants, cheering on the Patriots, tending to her community garden, taking pictures of her rescue dog Margaret or trying to perfect her sourdough boule recipe.   Susan graduated magna cum laude from Boston University and speaks conversational Mandarin-Chinese.

Jim Geraghty - Private Wealth Advisor, Executive Director—Morgan Stanley

Keynote Speaker - Jim Geraghty has more than 28 years of experience working with ultra high net worth individuals, providing highly customized financial advice and investment solutions. He was also recognized as one of the Top 10 Advisors in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal in 2008.

Logarhythms

All Male Acappella Group - Founded in 1949, he MIT Logarhythms is MIT's oldest and only all-male acapella singing group. Comprised entirely of MIT undergraduates. The "Logs" are known throughout the Boston area for a combining crisp choreography, rousing stage presence, and innovative musicality to create a fun and exciting show for every audience. While the Logarhythms perform for the most part in the Northeast, they are by no means relegated to it, touring twice a year to destinations such as London, Chicago, and San Francisco. As the Logs enter their 65th year, they thank all the alumni for their work bringing the group so far, and look forward to many years of singing to come!
